We recently stayed at this beautiful mountain cabin with our family and had a fantastic time. The cabin was very cozy and welcoming, with a lovely attic that our 6-year-old daughters absolutely loved. The rooms were simple but had everything we needed, including tissue boxes in each room. The bathrooms were clean and well-equipped, and we particularly enjoyed the large wooden-clad bathroom. The kitchen was amazing and had all the equipment we needed, including cutlery, dishware and cookware, and also salt, pepper, olive oil, soy sauce and other cooking items. It was also quite spacious and had an XXL European-style dishwasher, which meant we only had to run it once every two days. The dining table was huge and ideal for families or groups of up to 7-8 friends. The living room had several sofas, a bookshelf with board games and some books (in English), and a very large flat-screen TV with streaming services like Netflix. Despite the cabin being located in the middle of the snow, the heating worked perfectly, and we always felt comfortable. There was also a wood-burning stove in the living room, although we didn't get to use it. The beds were comfortable and warm, and the Wi-Fi worked well, although it did fail one day. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and when we reported the Wi-Fi issue, he came over immediately to fix it. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He picked us up from the train station and accompanied us to the supermarket to buy somre groceries. After check-out, he also took us to send our luggage and accompanied us back to the train station. He even lent us a car while we stayed, which we used to go to a ski resort for a day. Although the cabin was not cheap, we found that the quality-price ratio was good. We highly recommend this beautiful cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing mountain getaway with family or friends.

We were the only guests at the pension, but we were still taken care of amazingly. Our room was clean, comfortable beds, bathroom was small but the Onsen was ready to use so we did not need the bathroom. Dinner and breakfast were amazing as well. We were picked up at the trajn station. And bells were available during our hike to scare away the bears.

Great tasting breakfast, food presentation and freshness was great. Japanese with a little western food. Very clean rooms, drying rooms and onsen. Location walk to snow. Also has a restaurant on the same building with great Japanese food, friendly helpful staff and clean.

T Square is spacious which is unusual for ski lodges. The living room , boot room were first class, as was the generous breakfast and noticeably enthusiastic staff. We were picked up by Chester who laughed his way through transporting our absurd amount of luggage. By the time we arrived at T Square Chester had already briefed us on the best powder in the trees and Ramen noodles near T Square. We had Christmas at T Square with staff and guests all put something in having a great time. Thank you to Ned , Hiyo, Olivia, Charlie , Tom and Ella and the Japanese couple who managed the T Square. And last but not least the the Japanese couple have the cutest baby which my wife and daughter couldn’t stop cuddling and playing with!! A real 10 out of 10.

Literally EVERYTHING about this place was fantastic! We are an American family who has taken dozens of overseas trips, and this has to be the friendliest, most professional staff we have ever encountered. The degree of ease that Ski Inn Hakuba makes for a ski/snowboard vacation cannot be overstated. Amazing rooms, amazing facilities, great food options at the hotel or a short walk into town, ski instructors will pick you up from your doorstep, private parking — it has it all. Book with confidence. We will absolutely be coming back.

After a booking error at another location, we booked the last room here at about 7pm the same night. Staff were very gracious and accommodating, accepted our last minute booking and made room for us at dinner. Witnessed impressive language compatibility for a smaller hotel. Hotel was fully booked but facilities (parking, dining, drying room, baths) were perfectly sized to accommodate unlike many other stays we have had elsewhere.

The hotel is located on the next to ski slope. everything is minimal style, room decoration, lobby and breakfast. if your plan is the accommodation for the ski only this hotel is totally appropriate to you. The staffs are very helpful and fluent in English they help us to carry our luggages from parking lot to the lobby cause the hotel cannot park at the front of the lobby.
