Pedro himself was incredibly friendly and informative, giving us loads of information on the local activities to do as well as the history of Gwangju. We were treated to breakfast each morning with tea and coffee as well and always felt welcomed to linger around the communal area and never felt like we were becoming a burden

The location is very central. The appartement is absolutely beautiful, there is everything you might need in term of appliances. Its clean, spacious, bright and clear. Cosy is the right term as you feel like home. Special mention to Eun-Bee for her kindness, reactivity and hospitality. It was nice and easy to communicate with her. It make our stay just perfect!

Place has a homey vibe and delivers on the basics of comfort and cleanliness. Host Panda Mom even took the initiative to message me to ask what time I am arriving and was responsive to my every message. Had a good stay that I ended up extending for one more night. Breakfast was a decent spread but mainly local fare. (Except for some sausages). For those looking for a more international offering, it might not be to your taste. There were plenty of tables/seats at the breakfast area and it was spacious. Room wise, it was very spacious as well. The rooms and towels were clean. I did not hear much noise from the other rooms but am not sure if it was due to the sound proofing or low occupancy. Hotel was about a 5 to 10 mins walk to the nearest subway station. Decent amount of food choices nearby. Came during December and floor/room heating was good and balanced.

Sizeable room. It has a cafe that has indoors and outdoors options which could be nice to dine out in cooler months. Unsure if the establishment has a roaming cat that they care for or community cats which I find it heartwarming. There is also parking available which is a rarity.

The hotel is quite good. It is located in a big city, but not in the center, so you can reach it without a lot of traffic jams. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, also a pretty big supermarket. The rooms are clean, the staff nice and the beds comfortable. The rooms are well sound-proofed. There is a parking lot at the hotel, when we were there it had free spaces - but if it does not, there is another one close by. The next street from the hotel is interesting - it is a street with only hotels on it. But generally the area is quiet.
