Staff were friendly, forgot to take picture of the room but it was clean and had no funky smell! I forgot to check whether there were lifts prior to check-in (they don’t have lifts) we had our 80+ yo grandma, so thankful that they gave us ground floor which my grandma was sooooo pleased hahha. We had a king and super single which was so big considering its a boutique hotel. It was a lovely stay and we even got to meet the owner during breakfast! Btw breakfast was simple, neat, clean, and just so well thouht out! You could tell he really took pride in taking care of his hotel :) its inspired from his trip to Switzerland. Definitely coming back to stay here when we come for family trips again!

Staff super friendly and helpful. The garden cafe is simply amazing and the breakfast was so delicious with local fruits. We loved our stay and it was one of our birthdays, so they made it special for us.

We didn't know the place well so we ended up eating breakfast at the only place we know everyday. Same thing for dinner - kept going back to the same place. Good Chinese restaurants that used to be in Pontian Kechil have closed down. But it was nice that Kukup was not very far away. The house is very big.

The location was exactly infront of the bus terminal Pontian. The area was just 2min walk to the local halal restaurant Rasa Ria with various menu available to choose. Best part the restaurant close late night.

the room is spacious and comes with a wall fan. that is a bonus as I can alternate using the aircond and the fan. the owner even provides body shower, dishwashing soap and disposable dental care. who does that except 4-5 star hotels. the bed is awesome, we put our heads and slept like a log. other than that, everything is wonderful and we love the room and its provision.

The location is so strategic as we were there for our brother’s matriculation registration. Although there are no specific parking lots for the hotel, you can park along the road in front of the hotel building as long as it is not in front of the workshops. Staffs are efficient and welcoming. The facilities look a bit old for me, but they are still all clean. Price is affordable for two rooms of 4 pax.

It's cheap, near to a lots of shop lots and the sea. The room is quite big compare to other similar price hotel. It's easy to find car park where it's in front of the hotel, no need to pay parking fees.
