Great food. Excellent location on the river with glorious sunsets. Viewing hippos and crocs!

These tents feature all feature verandas with views of the Okavango River. Each tent includes wooden flooring and a wardrobe. They also have a mosquito net and a bathroom.

Stunning location. Very kind, helpful staff. Maybe needed a little more service experience. Excellent food and wait staff. Tours were a great value and well run. Rooms were exceptional with beautiful river views.

Set on the banks of the Okavango River, Shametu River Lodge offers views of the Popa Falls and is 6.5 km from Divundu. Free private parking is available on site.

Attention for detail. Chalets looking out over the river (ours did, make sure to ask for this as there are also rooms that have a garden view). Good veg menu. Very large bed.

Stable and strong Wi-Fi connection (which is not always a given while traveling through Namibia!) and simply the best food we’ve had during our trip. The kitchen staff really takes their time to deliver delicious home-cooked meals. Even if you’re only driving past the town of Divundu, it’s worth staying here just for their restaurant ☺️
