It’s in the middle of the main area in San Juan del Sur but it’s still quiet at nighttime. It‘s about 2 minutes walking to the beach. The host and everyone else working there are really nice and helpful. The breakfast is great! Everyday there was something new on the plate so it never got boring. The rooms are basic but nice. Spacious and very clean! Compared to many other places we stayed at due our stay in Central America the value of money is really good. We were very happy with this accommodation and booked it again for our second visit in San Juan del Sur!

Absolute gem. Fantastic holiday home, gorgeously decorated with an eye for detail. Pool is a stunner, particularly at night and during the sunset. Probably the best breakfast during our entire stay both in Nicaragua and Costa Rica. Chris, the host, makes you feel at home immediately, is highly welcoming and knowledgable about things to do. Would also go above and beyond if you need something.

This accommodation looked like a castle from a fairy tale. Very quiet and peaceful environment. Nice clean rooms, terrace with a beautiful view. The pool is also a big plus, although I didn't have time to take a bath because I was exploring the surroundings and the ocean. It's a bit further from San Juan del sur, but the very helpful and friendly Alvaro drove me to town and back. A short walk away is a beautiful quiet beach with a great bar and food.

The accommodation is very clean and up to date. It's a little outside the city (15 minutes on foot), but that also means more peace and quiet. A large swimming pool allows you to cool off at the end of the day. There is a bit of a lack of kitchen equipment to cook adequately.

We felt totally safe and enjoyed that it was a 4-5 minute walk to Playa Marsella. Playa Maderas was an 8 - 10 minute motorcycle ride and there were 3 or 4 more restaurants to choose from as well as options for surf board rentals and lessons.
