Prior to our visit the communication had been clear and easy. We arrived late, as we had predicted, and we were shown to our room without a problem. The family business is in Cuispes which is a bit remote but easy to find. The room was large and comfortable with a great shower. Wifi worked fine and breakfast was delicious

Located at the foot of the Catarata trail on the outskirts of town, this is the perfect place for a quiet retreat in nature. Richard was extremely friendly and treated me as family from the outset, offering fresh fruit from the surrounding forest The shower is hot with good pressure, the kitchen has many facilities also.

What a wonderful stay! The hosts were warm and friendly and the location is absolutely superb - gorgeous views of Gocta Falls and a short walk into town. The room and bed were comfortable and we enjoyed our breakfast with fresh roasted coffee from the property.

Offering an outdoor pool and a restaurant, Gocta Andes Lodge is located in Chachapoyas. Guests can enjoy a buffet breakfast each morning at this lodge, just 6 km from the Gocta waterfalls.

The views are spectacular, food is great (options on the menu to cater for all dietary needs), staff are very helpful, rooms were very comfortable and WiFi worked well.

Stunning location with the best view on the Waterfall Gocta. Mario was a loveley host. He even offered us a stunning hike to the upper part of the waterfall. Everything in the Hotel is made with love, from the cosy room to the breakfast. We are sad that its time to leave now. I would recommend the place to everyone!

Monte Gocta features a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Valera. Staff on site can arrange a shuttle service.

This property is amazing! Such a beautiful and peaceful area, the accommodation was very comfortable, clean, and luxurious. Breakfast was made to order by an onsite cook. Bathroom was nice and clean, soap is provided. Location is great - right beside the trail leading to the Gocta waterfall. All in all I highly recommend.

Central location in main village square. Amazing view of Gocta waterfall from bedroom window. Nice breakfast. Attentive staff. Owner drove us to 4 1/2 hours to Santa elana nature reserve for a very reasonable price and comfortable ride. Highly recommend.
