This is my "Go to place" every time I visit Butuan City. I honestly can not say enough great things about this hotel. The staff are always so friendly. The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. The free breakfast is large, great tasting and plentiful.

We had an lovely stay in this apartment, it feels like youre at home while being away from home. The house is fully equipped and fully functional for basically everything! easy self check-in and check-out, fast responding host and very pro active and kind! Worth every penny, we only stayed here for one night but could stay for weeks!
