The staff was unbelievably helpful, accommodating with our arrival time and with our requests. Uppon arrival, we were greeted by the staff who were very competent and professional in their communication with us. We took advantage of the Spa offer and I can honestly say that this SPA beats many SPAs at worldwide hotels. 100 % recommend the SPA add-on if you are visiting them.

Everything. The property was incredibly clean and on such a quiet road but across from a Pharmacy and bakery where you could buy great coffees, pastries and the infamous 'Pastel De Nata'. Whilst the property was lovely it was surpassed by the fantastic daughter of the owner who helped us gain access and get settled despite us being 4 hours late due to flight delays. This was going above and beyond for a property that isn't a hotel with lots of staff.

This was the perfect holiday. It was so beautiful and deeply peaceful, with wonderfully warm and attentive hosts who made our stay a pleasure. This was a paradise for our family and somewhere that we hope to return again and again to.
