We visited Madeira in October and came across Quinta Marefe and we are so glad we did. Starting from the really warm and nice welcome by the hosts we had an absolutely wonderful time. The house is spotless, stylishly furnished, and incredibly comfortable! Every detail feels thoughtfully chosen. From the perfect coffee machine to the heated pool you will feel luxurious (but still very cozy!! and at home) here. Being able to enjoy a warm swim (all around the clock!) while taking in the stunning surroundings made our stay truly unforgettable. The location was also perfect for exploring the island. But what truly made our stay exceptional were the hosts. We accidentally left our AirPods behind, and they were so kind and attentive, they immediately contacted us and even sent them back to us at their own expense. We were honestly touched by their generosity and hospitality.

Town is in great part of the island, with many levadas and great places to visit by car nearby. Excellent restaurants walking distance, quiet port and stone beach for short walks. We absolutely LOVED our stay here! The owner was a great communicator & super friendly sending us all the details the day prior to arriving. The place itself is so cosy, spotlessly clean and really just felt like home :) also loved how well equipped the kitchen was — and free wine and coffee was a very welcome touch! Would highly recommend. (Also, definitely try out the coffee shop 'Gato Legal' nearby for coffee & pastel de nata if you have chance!)

The house was cosy and clean. The view from the house and terrace was amazing! The sun sets right in front of the house and you can watch the sunset from your bedroom window tucked in your bed. The hoastess was very helpful and nice. Good quality restaurants were 2 min walking distance from the house, and a very nice cafe also close by.

We visited Madeira in October and came across Quinta Marefe and we are so glad we did. Starting from the really warm and nice welcome by the hosts we had an absolutely wonderful time. The house is spotless, stylishly furnished, and incredibly comfortable! Every detail feels thoughtfully chosen. From the perfect coffee machine to the heated pool you will feel luxurious (but still very cozy!! and at home) here. Being able to enjoy a warm swim (all around the clock!) while taking in the stunning surroundings made our stay truly unforgettable. The location was also perfect for exploring the island. But what truly made our stay exceptional were the hosts. We accidentally left our AirPods behind, and they were so kind and attentive, they immediately contacted us and even sent them back to us at their own expense. We were honestly touched by their generosity and hospitality.

Every aspect of our stay was great. The owner is cheerful, helpful and caring. Our room was spacious and very clean, and the huge bed was very comfortable. Breakfasts were incredible - big portions, variety of cheeses and meats, eggs, fresh bread, lots of fresh fruits. The coffee was very good. It filled us up for many-hours treks on levadas. There are multiple really good seafood restaurants within walking distance and the bakery downstairs is excellent. Easy, free parking. It's a great spot to explore west of the island from.

The place is just fabulous. In every way. It looks exactly as on the photos. The ocean roaring just below the balcony and you can watch it from bed. We could spent a week here but could easily spend more. The place is spotless clean, comfy bed, the kitchen equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of parking space. Had two dinners at Maktub restaurant and it was awesome too. We'd love to return. Kudos to Fabio!

Villa is located by the road passing through Paul do Mar with very small traffic (in March). Since it is a small village, everything can be reached on foot - whether it's one of local restaurants or bars. Balconies with ocean view. Parking in front of the property. Very good breakfast and friendly service - the owner is very communicative and speaks fluent English.

The apartment has everything you need and the location is also good, within walking distance to restaurants and the sea promenade. Supermarkets are some distance away though. Some short hikes with excellent views nearby. Easy parking in front of the building.The staff are very friendly. You can watch the sunset from the balcony.

Amazing location by the sea, free street parking, close to restaurants and bars, quiet area. Communication with host, Abel is great. Comfortable if you plan to spend most of your time outside and not much place for 4 people to sit comfortably unless in the separate kitchen. It's a small, cute space and I would stay again. Upstairs has a balcony.
