Rooms were very big. Plenty of furniture. Dining table would have been good. But otherwise very nice. Air Condition is in the both rooms. 2 nice bathrooms. Kitchenette is more like for warming food or making coffee but for 1 night stay it was exactly what we needed. We arrived in the evening so there were many parking places on the street. The property is really nice, it looks just like in the pictures, the living room is very spacious, we especially enjoyed the cozy couch, the fireplace and the video projector. The open space kitchen is equipped with everything you need and there are also a cast iron cauldron and a grill outside with all the necessary tools. There was more than enough fire wood at our disposal to use for the fireplace, grill and the hot tub. The rooms were also nice, everything was clean, the beds were very comfortable and each room has big windows and separate bathroom. We booked the property for Christmas and it was nicely decorated, we also had a Christmas tree and toys for the kids to play with. The property is pet friendly so we could also bring our cat.

Staying at Lake & Forest House was just what I needed. It’s got this traditional homey vibe, like you’re in your own little hideaway. Everything was so relaxing – we spent a lot of time just chilling around. The house itself is nice, wooden barns make it fancy and super comfortable, and everything worked fine. The people running it were really friendly, even gave us some tips for local spots to check out. If you want a break from the usual hustle, this place is awesome.

Brand new spacious property, tastefully decorated. Nice outside garden with adult swing chairs. Easy lockbox check-in and dog friendly. Not much in the immediate vicinity but we did find a bar ( with great beer) about 20 minutes walk away. Perfect place for a stopover as we were enroute to Bulgaria. Highly recommend.
