Peaceful location that's a short drive from the border with Austria and local amenities. Beautiful surroundings - there's a really nice 'wine fountain' a short drive away. Very new and clean apartment/jacuzzi and mini pool. Attentive and kind hosts (seriously, very nice hosts!) that also gave us privacy. Kids absolutely loved it.

We are so loved the house!So comfortable and have very nice location.We come with a large dog, and this is not problem for owners.😊 We have lot of fun in Slovenia. Very happy to be there. It was surprising to see the combination of power and love how the people have created this place - huge stones, delicate smell of wood, elegant details, and the garden is just beautiful. The breakfast was a special adventure, I will not tell everything but give all stars. We were honoured to meet the owners, they are very friendly, ready to welcome us with our dog, not knowing that we are used to leave the place as clean as possible. Amazing how they could create this from a little pumpkin seed! :) Always happy to support local businesses. Wishing good luck further and many happy customers!

Pools are clean and warm, overall it was quite clean in hotel. When we had issues with our room, we were immediately placed in another one. Parking was free, there also is a park outside, where one can walk. Hotel is located in quiet and nice place.

Convenient location for terms both on the Austrian and Slovenian sides. More than enough space in the room. All necessary equipment is in place. Clean. No problems with parking.

Apartments and patio was clean as operation theatre (I’m a surgeon 😀) Owner personally met me and explained all details. He and staff was very helpful. Women who clean all appartments and patio did great job. Appartments had big box of capsules and liquid for dishwasher machine that is not frequently. Fully equipped kitchen. Quiet location. Big parking.
