As soon as we got to this place it was like heaven on earth the staff were nice and friendly from the get go, we got treated with ice cold beer and ice cold towels when checking in which was what was definitely needed! We did have a little issue though with our original room but was quickly upgraded to another room on a higher level with a buffet voucher for the family to have at any restaurant on site and also a fruit plate sent to our room becuase of the disruption it caused. Amazing work from the resort which showed that they really did care. We were here for 7 nights and ate at pretty much every restaurant from the Merchant Kitchen, Beach Grill, D.O.C.G (Italian food) & Thai Pantry tried it all and I can say it is what you expect from a 5 star resort, delicious & quality food for the whole family. Every morning we had the breakfast buffet as well with vast varieties to choose from! There's also a free shuttle bus (time restrictions apply) to the main strip in Patong beach or Jungcelyon mall which drop you off and pick you so you can explore the area for a few hours so we took this opportunity nearly everyday 😀 For activities on site there were big pool parities for the kids with foam and music, pool and snooker tables, movie days/nights on the projectors, the in house butterfly sanctuary, live bands and performances the list goes on and on, not to mention also they have their own beach! Yep thats right Merlin Beach, which has it's own reef to go snorkelling in to see the water wildlife which was pretty amazing. When we come back to Thailand, Phuket we will definitely be booking in this resort again!

The first reason I chose this accommodation because of the parking, my friend and I rented a car from the airport, we wanted a place to stay that supported convenient parking, and here is our answer. If possible, I would like you to choose to reserve a family room. Even though you have to pay more, it's worth the money for sure, includes a small kitchen and living area. However, the studio room is not bad at all, it is enough if you only need a short stay and don't need complete amenities too much.

Exceeded expectations! The owner Remi puts a great personal touch as a host and was flexible to extend my stay. Very personable and accommodating, simply a class guy who will go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. Perfect quiet location, close enough to beach and all main Patong attractions within 10 min walk. Has a swimming pool too. I will definitely be back and highly recommend! The rooms are huge and like new with a king bed, balcony, fridge, a safe and a skyline view towards the water. Loved the tranquil rooms for a good night's sleep and great value overall! Will be back for sure!

Staff excellent except some front of house who were very rude and obnoxious regarding the car parking. The rooms are very good and I never experienced any noise the café/restaurant. Very good food, good service good and very reasonably well priced. Staff very good as well.

Good value for money. Clean, nice staff. Very near the beach but not on the beach . Easy to walk to all the stuff going on. Breakfast was good. Helpful staff, underground parking if you have a car.

Hotel and its interior design is relatively new. It looks and feels nice from outside and inside. There is an elevator. There is a convenient parking lot for your bike. The curtains are thick and block the light if you want to take a nap during the day. The glass is relatively thick and blocks loud noises too. There is a nice pool on the roof (small, but good enough to chill by)
