Elegant and comfortable hotel, all equipment was new, nice large balcony. The air con in my original room was loud so I got a free upgrade. It definitely pays to book rooms with the sea view, the difference in experience is huge. Wifi worked good. Cleaning is very efficient as it is done by a team of 3 housekeepers. The hotel is in a quiet area, but still close to shops and restaurants. Good sound isolation from the outside. The staff was always very friendly.

This was our second stay at this property. Another happy return. Everything was excellent, villa is spacious, incl. wash machine, fridge, kettle, A/Cs and safe box. Furniture in the villa is sufficient. Consider 1000 THB deposit in cash, which will be returned upon check-out. The landlady is very kind and is available almost every day. Would love to return again.

Stayed here for the third time, and as excellent as before. A big shout-out to Chang, the resident hero, who will assist you with everything from check-in to meals and so much more. Kudos also to Jim who makes sure to check up on things and greet everyone as he takes care of the place. On this trip, decided to have lunch in-house. Very delicious, and I so much thank the kitchen chefs. The women are always smiling and so humble. The two gentlemen waiters also were always on hand to look after guests at breakfast time. I included pics of the delicious meals.

The owners are fabulous, friendly and are there to help any time. The room was exceptionally clean and cleaned every day if you wish with clean towels, water and coffee. The location is 2 min from the beach. Pratunak Rd has everything you need so no need to travel out of the area. The smart TV is fabulous and works brilliantly. Great for Netflix after a long day on the beach and a few hours in the bars.

I stayed one month at Blue Beach Guest House and enjoyed it! The rooms are big clean and comfortable and equipped with everything I needed. All the staff are lovely and super friendly. Restaurants and coffee shops are very close by and the beach is only about 100m.
