The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. Breakfast was hearty and set us up for the day. The suite with jacuzzi bath was exceptional. The location suited us, not too far from the airport and perfect for touring surrounding neighbourhoods.

Lovely staff, very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is a little old but very clean and welcoming. A few steps away from the main streets, restaurants and bars. They have a small parking area which they efficinetly manage with valet parking. Would definitely recommend.

Convenient location at City Center. On the lower skirts of Giresun Castle, 5 minutes drive. Personnel very friendly and helpful, equipped with information for getting around the region. Free safe parking provided by staff.
