I rarely give reviews of our stays, except for extreme circumstances when there was something left to be desired. However, Chinbe villa was an exception, and I am writing this to convey my best gratitude to the staff for making our stay so memorable. They kindly picked us up at the airport, gave detailed instructions in English, and provided us with notable spots to check out as well as establishments that serve English-speaking diners. I really appreciate the two young girls -- who seem to be the owner's daughters -- for always greeting us with radiant smiles and kindly sharing their fried chicken with us. I thank you the front desk jiejie as well for making sure we always have what we wanted. And the owner who was very flexible with the type of payment. The breakfast was hearty, and the location is supreme! It's located on top of the hill overlooking the ocean, and we enjoyed watching gorgeous sunsets from the terrace. Like a perfect retirement dream. Thank you again to the staff for leaving us with fondest memories of our stay on the island. We would definitely love to go back!

When I arrived at this B&B, I knew I made the right choice to stay here. Located in a traditional house in picturesque Qinbi village, the location at the start of the village means you can easily explore the narrow streets and the traditional architecture. The host was very responsive through messages before arrival, and then received me in a warm, efficient way. Room was perfect, spacious, with view over the sea. Communication with the host was efficient, either talking or through translation apps. Very recommended!

Excellent stay! When visiting Matsu it is convenient to rent a scooter to get around, I didn't have a license. But the hotel was great in booking a taxi, or finding out bus schedules. The rooms were clean and great views of the ocean. The location is really peaceful, and great for walking around You won't be disappointed.
