Living on the water was amazing! We saw lots of fish and even a manatee right beneath the deck of our aqua lodge. The Cabana Club was a very pleasant surprise. There’s a supermarket right next to the place but you need the car to go to restaurants

We had no idea what to expect but we loved what we found! Wow. These are fantastic houseboats in the most stunning location and they are spotlessly clean, comfortable, well equipped and judging by other reviews, the owner listens to feedback! (We noticed that there had been some screening between boats added for extra privacy). We stayed in late November, it was unusually chilly for the time of year, but found the accommodation to be more than comfortable despite the cooler climates. During the summer, the boats have two very good size AC units which I am sure would be very welcome. The kitchen was well stocked with amenities and a full size fridge which we made use of for a few soft drinks, milk etc for morning coffee. We had no issues with smell from the on board toilet at all and both of us used the shower - we were told about the additional bathrooms on site when we checked in but for as a couple, we certainly didn’t need to use them. Also really appreciated having a dedicated car parking space per boat. Overall a really excellent experience and nice environment, would 100% come back here.

The staff was most responsive and helpful. We asked them about the option for BBQ/grill which was not fully clarified in the property description. They promptly responded and to our pleasant surprise - there is a charcoal grill available any time with all necessary accessories like coal, fire starter etc for free... Simply amazing place.

Beautiful property located on a canal - with a fabulous backyard for sitting, eating, fishing, kayaking and enjoying the sunsets! . Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and parking for a very comfortable family vacation. The entire place was spotless! Kitchen is well equipped and the separate laundry room to put coolers, snorkeling gear wet suits etc just gives this place one more reason to love it. Location is perfect for doing day trips to all the different sand bars, snorkeling spots and visiting the other Keys.

So well appointed with great decor and comfy furniture, Beds, Chairs. Full beach and fish friendly items to use. Parking was easy. Neighbors were friendly and quiet. Heated pool was perfect and the beach was like a condo private area. raked beach almost everyday. Walking the neighborhood at Key Colony was such a pleasure. The atrium was landscaped nicely woth plants and palms and felt very tropical.
