I was pleasantly shocked at the size of our room, actually it was equivalent of a small one-bedroom apartment. The rental was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully decorated and well-stocked. The property is located a couple blocks off the main drive, in a quiet neighborhood. However, it is minutes from the main sites, restaurants, and stores. For the price this room is one of the best values I've ever rented, at least within the U.S.

A big thank you to the blonde girl at the evening reception! We arrived in Roswell after a long journey and first checked into Motel 6, which we had to leave immediately due to its terrible condition. The girl checked us in and truly made us feel welcome! We had heard great things about Martha on the reviews, she did not disappoint. We had been driving all day and evening, we arrived at your hotel around 11:00 PM. We were pleasantly surprised when Martha was there to greet us and check us in. She was friendly, caring & informative, she made us feel as though we were home. The room was spacious, clean, fragrant & the king-size bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and equipped and all was working well. The full breakfast was abundant & flavorful. As we drove off early the next morning we were rested, satisfied and ready to enjoy the final day of our week long vacation. Thank You Martha & Staff.

the lady who ran it was amazing, friendly and helpful, had a water pressure issue and she was fixing it before we went to let her know, within a few minutes pressure was back to normal, very pro-active, which is rare. room was a good size, comfortable and plenty of parking directly outside the room. good location, with pool aswell.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Roswell Inn. I was road tripping and planned an overnight stop in Roswell and am so glad I did. The bed was very comfy. The bathroom was spacious and clean. It even had a good little fridge and freezer where I could put my road trip supplies and re-freeze my cold packs. Also the little aliens our front/their alien mascot is so cute.

This was the cleanest little motel/hotel room we've ever had. Motel office was having some construction for remodeling inside to upgrade, which is always a good thing to see anywhere. This will always be our favorite motel due to the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of our room. The neighborhood is just about as rough as it gets -- probably not dangerous, but vagrants wander through the parking lot regularly, and items left accessible in your vehicle at night will be taken.

The location was good; on the main strip. Large parking lot with plenty of spaces. The room was clean. The TV was large and there were a lot of available channels to view. Pretty good security; a room key was needed to enter the building.
