It's rare these days to feel such personal attention and care, but here at GM Homestay, it felt natural, like being welcomed into a family home. The room itself was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated with simple but tasteful design, and filled with natural light. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air-conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploring the city. The small kitchen setup and washing machine were lifesavers, especially for someone like me who likes the freedom to cook simple meals and manage laundry during longer stays. Every detail, from the high-speed Wi-Fi to the neatly arranged toiletries, showed how much thought the owners put into creating a space that's not just functional, but truly comforting. Even small things like extra towels, good lighting for reading, and a little corner to sit and work made a big difference to me. It’s the kind of thoughtfulness that makes a place unforgettable. The location was another huge bonus — situated in a quiet alley, so peaceful at night, but just a short ride to the bustling city center, with cafes, shops, and local markets all within easy reach. Superb location, lot’s to see and do right as you walk out. Many cafes, street vendors, and beautiful streets to walk down. The property itself is well managed, with attentive staff who are friendly and very accomodating. Thảo who manages the reception is exceptional. The cleaning staff are very kind and diligent which is reflected in how clean each apartment presents. Rooms are equipped with all of your basic hotel amenities, with the addition of a small kitchenette with pots, pans and cutlery. We’ve stayed here many times before because it’s excellent value and always a consistently comfortable stay.

What I love the most was the host's enthusiasm and responsiveness. I really appreciated how he detailed the check-in formality for us through messages, which facilitated the checkin process. Secondly, since we are not locals, it was very nice of him to recommended us with variety of food that we could explore around the city. Of course, the hygiene and comfortability of our shelter was provided. Lastly, the price was reasonable, therefore, it was worth-to-stay.

Room is big and comfort We arrived midnight the security guy keep the room card for us, we pay to him, everything is fine. Hotel provide the mini bar in the room included cup noodles instant coffee and beer, it is connivence , a bit confuse is , there is no price marked , we dont know it was included in room rate or need additional charge. Beside that everything was great.
