We stayed three nights in Elephant Walk tented camp and for us it was a real discovery. The lodge is situated just 200 meters from the Crocodile bridge and 300 meters from the Krüger Park Crocodile bridge gate. The lodge is situated at the Crocodile River with the Krüger Park at the other side of the river. So it is a beautiful location and for the game drives in Krüger it is just a very short drive. It used to be an existing lodge with a small capacity. But recently they build a brand-new beautiful building with restaurant, terrasses with river view and luxury living space. We had the privilege of being the very first guests in the new configuration. The 12 tents are beautiful decorated with comfortable beds, nice bathroom, air-condition etc. The kitchen is very good, and the staff does everything to make your stay enjoyable. Due to the very short distance to the Kruger gate you are quickly in the park and the game drives were very nice with Simon as an experienced ranger In our view the prices are moderate for what is offered. We really enjoyed every minute of our stay in Elephant Walk tented Camp and we will be back.

The unit offered everything we needed for our overnight stay before crossing the Komati border post early the next morning. Very clean and comfortable, spacious, private patio (could see the lights of the border post at sunrise the next morning when we had our 1st cup of coffee), kitchenette, offered parking right next to the unit. Communication and instructions by hosts were timeous and clear on WhatsApp. I think it was about max 10 minutes drive to the border crossing.

Ronnie was welcoming & very helpful. ( he assisted with carrying our luggage in and turned the communal freezer on). Light over the parking & code for the remote gate convenient for early getaway. Location great close to KNP. Lovely fresh soft towels & linen.

I really enjoyed my stay at SleepOver Komatipoort. Despite the detours, it was very easy to find, with plenty of signage. There was a secure parking space right next to the unit. It is in a very convenient location, just a 5 minute drive to shops and restaurants, and close to the Crocodile Bridge gate to get an early start into Kruger. The unit was comfortable, clean and well equipped. There was a good wifi connection to work. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again if passing through Komatipoort.

We left early each morning a packed breafast was provided in a nice small cooler ! Even a coffee maker, boiled water and cups where provided. Swimmingpool is nice with some seating parts in it as well. Rooms have airco when electricity company does not cut the power due to power saving. There where no power cuts when we where there. They do have lights and a fan which are battery operated. Parking is large and within the gated area. We where self driving and gotten a lot af helpfull tips and tricks for the Kruger Park.

Homely, warm, relaxing atmosphere. Spacious lounge and main bedroom. Two bathrooms. Everything very clean. Well-equipped kitchen. Excellent bed linen and towels. Wifi and TV. Inverter for lights, wifi, TV etc.. Large covered veranda overlooking a beautiful stream and little waterfalls. At the end of a quiet cul de sac. Safe. Secure parking and overnight guard. Close to town.
