Most of all, kind and dedicated people in Diplomatic Hotel. Francisco, Conzalo in reception and Luiz in concierge were quite nice and supportive. Especially, supervisor Franco supported me a lot on the check-out date in relation to flight cancellation due to national strike of airport. One of the rememberable hotels in the history of my visit. Quite strongly recommendable.

They were very responsive over Whatsapp and gave us recommendation for a restaurant nearby for dinner which was excellent (La Juanita Casa de Comidas).

Lots of cupboards for storing clothes and luggage. Building was very clean and felt secure. Loved the fact we were right in the main walking plaza and close to everything.
