CABN is a very special place! We absolutely loved our two-night stay. The location is quiet and a bit remote, which we loved. There are only five or six cabins on the property, and they are very spread out, so you have a lot of privacy. The views are amazing, the wildlife plentiful, and the cabin is very well thought out with lovely touches. We made sure to come back to the cabin well before sunset after exploring the amazing island, just to make sure we had plenty of time to enjoy the cabin, the surroundings, and once the sun started getting lower on the horizon, take in the views from the deck with the many kangaroos and wallabies who came right around the cabin. We also absolutely loved having the sauna with the picture window, and used it both nights. And, the night sky is truly amazing with absolutely no light pollution. All in all, a very special and memorable stay. Highly recommended.

Brett's Rest Nel ligger i Kingscote. Her er en terrasse, en bar, udsigt til en have og gratis wi-fi overalt. We had a great time at Brett's, nice cabin with everything inside (kitchen, living room with a projector and a sound system, bedroom). Really a place to rest after day of hiking and sightseeing. 5 mins by car from town and supermarket, very quiet and surrounded by nature (saw birds, vallabies just nearby). Stargazing is incredible! One of the best places we've ever stayed at. Brett is always available if anything needed.

The kitchen was really well appointed! I love the grab rail in the bathroom and the shower was enormous and comfortable. The proximity to the supermarket was great.

The owner tries to be sustainable and asks for collecting water for plants and birdbath!! From Thursday to Sunday there is a beachcafe open at Emu bay and Lavender Farm is a must😉.

Sea Dragon Kangaroo Island er et luksuriøst boutique-hotel kun for voksne (12 år og derover). Den 250 hektar store kystejendom tilbyder fantastisk havudsigt, dyreliv og en uberørt, afsondret strand. We had a fantastic experience. Jane, the manager, was so helpful and very friendly. The staff was amazing! The food was excellent. We saw so many kangaroos outside our room. It was a magical place.

Sue was communicative about the location and the directions to get the key for the house. The house has an incredible view of the bay. It’s located in a nice neighborhood with tons of wildlife. We saw at least five koalas swaying in the trees nearby. And one night we saw a ton of kangaroos. Echidnas and gorgeous birds can be seen too. The property has a nice and easy bbq to use. And we were able to do a load of laundry and air dried our clothes. I even took a picture of the clothes drying on the line with the bay in the background because it was such a beautiful setting. There’s a dryer too in case line drying isn’t realistic. The kitchen is huge and has all the pots and pans and lots of supplies. We had a great time!

Location is good. Near to Flinders Chase National Park entrance. Wild animals like kangaroos, koalas, and beautiful birds are around. Very quiet place.
