The bed is very comfortable. Although the room might seem a bit small, everything is made to be super practical. The bonus was the grounded coffee and the French press in the room. Such a great idea! And, thank you to the staff, everyone was so lovely.

The location was perfect, allowing me to walk straight to my favorite restaurants. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating—when they learned we were celebrating our anniversary, they surprised us with a chocolate that ended up becoming my favorite. They also upgraded our room, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The hotel itself was beautiful, and the gym was well-equipped enough to support a variety of workouts.

Overnatningsstedet ligger ca. the property is fantastic. i was late to reply my messages but staff knew exactly what i requested for. 2 single bed on each room and got it on standby on my arrival incase i needed them. the staff were super friendly upon my check in, and also upon my check out i had some issues with my left over things, the receptionist also did more than just helping me retrieve it back. cause her bit of inconveniences but she helped. we were very grateful. the location is superb! bus station just 2 mins away. the bed is the comfiest bed i slept on. the aircon was good. all the amenties in the kitchen is provided ! each room is equipped with large TV. Wifi is GOOD. the bathroom is clean and even provides a nice body wash lemongrass smell which is so relaxing. the lift was good as well. Everything is perfect and i enjoyed my stay very much. they even provide dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and detergent. Everything i need is there we also walked all the way to Queens Victoria Market.

Plenty of parking in the big courtyard and a very friendly welcome at the reception. We got a second floor room and were happy to have an elevator again after so many stairs in the hotels before. The rooms have a bit of a funny layout, but are nice, clean and quiet. The neighborhood is great - just walk north to Little Italy and you have dozens of restaurants to choose from, or walk south and you're soon in downtown and at the free tram stations. The hotel also has its own wine bar and restaurant, which we enjoyed one evening - decent choice of wine and food and nice staff. We will stay here again, when we come back.
