Beautiful hotel with great attention to detail (steamer, radio, milk and a nice selection of Hoxton branded coffee and tea were provided in the room as touches that we did not expect). The reception was very responsive to our additional requests (extra hangers, sewing kit) and even provided a cute bath bomb as we booked a room with a bathtub. The atmosphere in the lobby and restaurants is very inviting and lively in the most positive sense of the word.

The four-star Pillows City Hotel Brussels Centre is located in the centre of Brussels, only 100 metres from Brussels Central Station and the St Michael & St Gudule Cathedral. Everything was perfect. Maria at the front desk was absolutely incredible and very helpful! I highly recommend this place to stay. 2 minutes walk to central station and 10 min walk to main square. The beds are very comfortable and it smells great .

The access to the accommodation is also a big +++, with the metro, you are there in a few minutes, that's super convenient. Our host is attentive, who wa checking in a couple of times during our stay to ensure we have everything we need. It's a nice feeling that we stayed in the room in where he grew up.
