From the moment we arrived at this spa hotel, we knew we were in for something special. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and professional, always ready to help with a smile and making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. The room was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable, offering the perfect atmosphere to unwind. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the attention to detail in the room décor made it feel luxurious and serene. The food was exceptional – fresh, flavorful, and prepared with real passion. Dinner was a culinary highlight each evening, and the breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of high-quality options, from fresh fruits to warm dishes and pastries. There was something for every taste, and everything was delicious. The spa and pool areas were absolutely divine. Crystal-clear pools, relaxing loungers, and a soothing atmosphere made it easy to disconnect from the outside world. Whether swimming, relaxing in the spa, or enjoying the wellness treatments, we left feeling refreshed and deeply relaxed.

This 4-star hotel is situated on a lush, green slope among Velingrad’s surrounding hills. It features a luxury spa with hydrotherapy and ayurvedic treatments and a Finnish sauna. Everything was great! The room was very spacious and clean, the bed very comfortable. The room was also very warm and we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast and the dinner was very delicious, with many options for every taste. The spa and the pool was also very nice. Good for a family with small kids.

Dette hotel ligger på en malerisk bakke i bydelen Chepino i Velingrad og har imponerende udsigt over både byen og den smukke fyrreskov. Alt var fantastisk, vi havde en fantastisk ophold ! Dejlige store rene værelser med udsigt , super dejlige pools helt op af bjerg og skov med panoramaerudsigt , super lækker afrens buffé med varierede retter fra fisk til lam og dejlig salat og meze udvalg . God underholdning og stemning i bowlinghallen om aften . Vi kommer helt klart tilbage !

Loved the hot tub, the water was hot and plentiful, and the jets were strong. The room was very large and warm even though the weather was very cold. The bed was large and comfortable. The pancake breakfast was tasty.

SAFI FOREST village har et boblebad og gratis privat parkering og ligger indenfor 34 km fra Yagodinska-grotten og 37 km fra Djævlens Hals. A lovely place with a gorgeous view. Well equipped. We were alone so we had a large private dining room. Topics for improvement: The location of the drain in the shower is bad and illogical, right in front of the toilet. No internet. There is no air conditioning (we arrived on a cool day, so it was fine). Thanks to the view and the luxuries, it is highly recommended.
