The staff were very friendly and the owner was extremely accommodating. We would definitely recommend this to anyone staying in Copacabana. Some people mention the steep hill, but without this you wouldn’t have amazing views! There is a communal area with a fridge and filtered water and you can leave your bags with reception.

The room was super spacious and with an amazing balcony that had a super view on the lake. Mario is extremely kind and helpful in giving advice for anything you might need. Breakfast is also really good. And the price for what you get is extremely low

But for the full experience, take the time to explore the house! You feel like you are walking back in time! Family photos and art work are displayed throughout the property. The music room contains 2 vintage pianos and the halls are filled with family memorabilia. Ask Ernesto and he will show you photos of his grandfather & great-grandfather during one of the many Bolivian revolutions. We highly recommend Casa Teresita & will stay again if ever we come back to La Paz!
