Everything about this place is mesmerising and thought through. We felt right at home in our Tortuga, with a fire wood waiting for us every evening, and even umbrellas in our room in case of rain! When a place feels right, it all comes down to the minute details, and Martin and his ever so smiley team have nailed every aspect of what homy and comfort are supposed to look and feel like. We wish we could take this place in our pocket and continue to live here to admire the view for the rest of our travels. Very sad to be leaving this place, 200% recommended by us. It felt like an adventure of its own. We would come back to Bolivia just to live in this microcosm again ❤️

The staff were very friendly and the owner was extremely accommodating. We would definitely recommend this to anyone staying in Copacabana. Some people mention the steep hill, but without this you wouldn’t have amazing views! There is a communal area with a fridge and filtered water and you can leave your bags with reception.

It's an historical Spanish hacienda from the 19th century, very well managed and maintained by Don Mario and his lovely family. The rooms are spacious, heated and clean. The view to the lake or patio are magnificent, very calm and quiet as it is a 10 minute walk from the town center. Highly recommended!

Bedside tables and bedside lamps. Many hooks and plugs. Very good and complete breakfast. Free secured parking, very central but quiet location. Good Wifi. Very good value for money.
