Located in downtown Charlottetown, this historic (circa 1857) building has maintained its period charm after being converted into a modern boutique inn. The original wood trim and crystal chandeliers have been restored through out the building. Free WiFi is available. Great breakfast though it’s best to arrive early or you will have to wait for a table. Very comfy room and staff were very helpful.

We were mostly unaware of the family's presence. The kitchen was available to make our own breakfast. Eggs, coffee, juice, milk, cereal, fruit, etc, were provided. The room had plenty of storage space, including a walk-in closet. The double sink in the bathroom was much appreciated. The shower was great. We didn't use the tub. We didn't make much use of the porch/balcony because of the cool weather, but it would have been great in warm weather. The location was perfect for us: Only 10 minutes to downtown Charlottetown and more or less in the center of the island. Would highly recommend.

We had the “Captain’s Room”, big airy and quiet (we could open the windows for fresh air) the location is great. The staff were friendly and welcoming. It was clean and tidy - felt like home! The Fish Pie WAS THE BEST I HAVE EVER EATEN - ANYWHERE!! Breakfast was excellent too.

The bed and breakfast has family rooms. -The owner kindly got our room ready so we could check in early which was much appreciated. -So many little extras offered such as brownies and a bowl of fresh fruit as well as the usual breakfast items. - There's an excellent common area with a very well equipped kitchen which is spotless. - Very safe area and security at the property is excellent too. - Comfortable beds - Washing machine/dryer available to use.
