I met the sales manager Ms. Isabella and the room was upgraded to a suite and a drink and lunch were provided as a courtesy of the hotel. They paid attention to the smallest details based on previous comments I made when I stayed at the hotel 6 months ago. Thank you all

We were there to celebrate my 60th birthday and retirement. From welcoming to the room decorations to the celebration in the restaurants the staff were very thoughtful. Everything was amazing! The concierge and the front desk staff were super helpful in helping us with our daily arrangements. One of the concierge, Matteus and a front desk staff, Nassim went out the way to arrange a special cake and a thoughtful gift for me. The stay was very memorable.
