Great apartment for our family, spacious, clean and everything so well explained. The parking spot reserved for the apartment was a plus. Communications with the owner were effective and useful. The place was neat and very clean. There is a convenience store just 3 min away. We enjoyed the walk to the shore line, but it was about a 20 min hike.

We were very privileged to have such attentive hosts who were always in touch and explained everything in detail. The apartment is clean, bright, and modern. Everything is well-organized. Despite the relatively small size, the space is used very efficiently, giving a feeling of spaciousness. All household items are clearly labeled, and some even have QR codes with instructions. Although the apartment is not located in the city center, it has a convenient and cozy location. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the beach, with shops and restaurants nearby. Regarding parking – despite the warning that the space might be tight for large vehicles, our crossover fit comfortably (you just need to be careful when entering).

A truly exceptional place; immaculate, comfortable, modern amenities, and minutes' walk to the most amazing swimming places in Lugano. Giorgia and all the staff without exception are delightful people who genuinely care about their guests. Efficient, organized, cheerful and welcoming. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and both were of the highest quality we experienced in Northern Italy. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to enjoy Italian hospitality in an area of spectacular natural beauty. Grazie mille!

Villa Patria B&B ligger i Brusino Arsizio, 12 km fra Mendrisio Station, og har en have, en terrasse og en bar samt privat parkering. Newly opened, beautifully decorated, air conditioned bedrooms, great facilities, family-run and extremely friendly. Set on the banks of Lake Lugano, the terrace, where you have breakfast/ drinks has amazing views across the lake. The breakfast is outstanding- freshly baked breads to start, followed by homemade waffles, and finished off with any type of eggs and bacon. Fabulous orange juice and tea/coffee. The owners also recommended an Italian restaurant 3 minutes walk away, and even reserved a table for us. The food and staff there were amazing too! Villa Patria is a little gem! Can highly recommend!

TROPICAL HOME PORTO CERESIO har udsigt til byen og ligger i Porto Ceresio, 13 km fra Villa Panza og 15 km fra Mendrisio Station. Der er gratis wi-fi overalt og privat parkering på stedet. A fantastic home, made with a lot of good taste. Great yard. A place for the car. Very big and very cosy. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms and bathroom were fantastic. The near forrest makes the air so fresh. The lake was very near. And also the town Port Ceresia was so lovely. The owner is so polite and lovely, she even made us a present with delicases from the bakery when we left. Recommend it a lot with both hands

Beautiful apartment with a stunning view in a cute little mountainous suburb of Lugano Very spacious apartment with everything needed for a nice stay. As others mentioned, we would have loved to stay longer.

IMPERIAL of LUGANO 3 with a lake view behind the station and 10 min from the lake of Lugano ligger i Lugano og kun 9 minutters gang fra Lugano Station. Skøn lejlighed og en dejlig terrasse med udsigt over søen. Kort afstand til togstationen og 5-10 min gang til byens smukke centrum, hvor der er mange gode restauranter.

The apartment is perfectly clean, instructions to get there were very clear, all is new and has all necessary to have a pleasant stay. Kitchen with full appliances plus essentials like salt, sugar, tea, oil etc. Would definitely stay there again!
