Everything was exceptional, the hotel, the view from our balcony, the staff. the breakfast was beautiful lots to choose from. The scenery was amazing in Lugano.

This was the only property we stayed at in Switzerland with AC thank goodness. It was also in a good central location in Lugano. The room was very clean and comfortable and also the beds were wonderful and we slept very well. Self check-in was easy and efficient and the hosts were responsive. We were able to get to Valle Verzasca from this location which took about 1.5 hours. 100% recommend!!
