It was an incredible spot. A splurge for a superior room had us directly facing the Massif with a stunning view. All of the staff throughout the hotel were fabulous....particularly server Bernadita and bartender Paula. We booked full board and did not regret it. A terrific range of cocktails, wine and fantastic food from appetizers to entrees to desserts. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Options for dining room, bistro or dining in your room were all available. There is a beautiful indoor pool, sauna and fitness room for use and spa services for additional cost. Special touch is lamb on a spit done many of the weekdays and available for tasting. A truly special place that exceeded our expectations!!

Cabañas Bosque Austral ligger 2,8 km fra Punta Arenas Strand. Overnatningsstedet har gratis wi-fi og gratis privat parkering. The cabin was very well equipped. We were able to do all the laundry that had stacked up during the long trip. Luis was very attentive, kind and helpful. He even helped deliver our bags to the airport when we were held-up by strong winds on our excursion. Without his help we would have missed our flights to our next destination. The room is spacious but cozy at the same time. It is about 25-30 minutes walk to the main square but is only a few blocks from the waterfront promenade. Pamela is very friendly and welcoming. WiFi is good. Just know that the room does not have a full kitchen. It does include a toaster, a small electrical oven and a small refrigerator. It was a very comfortable stay and we enjoyed it!
