Manager Frank, along with Blair and Emma, went above and beyond to ensure we felt well looked after at all times. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to others.

The convenient 7-minute proximity to FUGIN metro station allowed us seamless access to all our intended destinations. We particularly appreciated the authentic Chinese breakfast offered by the hotel. The entire staff, from the front desk to housekeeping and breakfast service, consistently demonstrated genuine helpfulness and courtesy. You can really experience the real Chinese countryside life, there's a village walking distance from the property, where you can find many shops and restaurants. Willian is absolutely the star of this place, he took care of us really well. He's super helpful, friendly, and attentive. He picked us up from the airport and also dropped us off, which was such a great help. The rooms are spacious, modern, and comfortable. He even let me use his electric motorbike to ride around the countryside. It was such a pleasant surprise and we had the best time we didn't even expect to have during a flight layover. I really recommend this place, much better experience than with some of the much more expensive international hotels near the airport.

The breakfasts are good (especially for China). The inner courtyard is very cozy. The staff is always ready to help and solve any problem. This is the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The value for money is absolutely justified — 100%. We dream of coming back to this hotel again and visiting this wonderful place. The location is perfect — the Old Town is nearby, the metro station is close, and there are plenty of delicious and affordable local restaurants around.

They allowed us to check in early when we arrived from the train and helped us to order a taxi 🚕 All the staff were helpful and polite including the cleaning team. Also, the facilities in the room are excellent. High quality presumably Chinese (‘Japanese-style’) toilets in rooms, seperate toilet and shower (such a sensible design!)
