During my stay there, all the staff and employees , in particular Damon and Nicole, gave me a very warm welcome and provided me with top-level service and assistance, from the food till accommodation and atmosphere. I really recommend this hostel to everyone who wants to visit and stay in Chengdu as from my personal experience you will never be disappointed but feel a lot at home. So go ahead and give it a try without hesitation.

Guests may reach to the famous tourist spots such as Qingyang Temple, Kuanzhai Alleys and Tianfu Square within a short walking time. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. I really like the time in the hotel! It's in a very good location, there is a free breakfast and restaurant on the ground floor (a lot of options to choose from). The staff, Belle, Juliya,Vivi and Joey are super kind and helpful. They are making it a great place.

The accommodation offers room service, a 24-hour front desk and organising tours for guests. The staff is amazing, they really go out of their way to help. The room was nice, clean and functional.

Set in the centre of Chengdu, 1.6 km from Kuanzhai Ancient Street, 悦蓝里s酒店成都春熙路宽窄巷子店 offers air-conditioned rooms and free WiFi. The property is located 2.7 km from Chengdu International Exhibition Centre, 3.7 km from Wenshu Monastery and 4.1 km from Du Fu Thatched Cottage. The accommodation provides room service, a 24-hour front desk and organising tours for guests. Room had two queen size beds which was perfect for a family of four. In addition, the customer service was excellent and offered us late checkout from the normal 2pm (!!) to 3pm.

Room is spacious and clean. Service is excellent Breakfast is unique, homemade and tasty.

Set in Jianyang, Jinyang Xinyi Hotel - Tianfu International Airport provides accommodation with air conditioning and access to a garden. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, a lift and currency exchange for guests. This beautiful hotel is located in a picturesque countryside surrounded by greenery and fields. It's about 25-min drive from the airport, perfect for when you have a layover. You can really experience the real Chinese countryside life, there's a village walking distance from the property, where you can find many shops and restaurants. Willian is absolutely the star of this place, he took care of us really well. He's super helpful, friendly, and attentive. He picked us up from the airport and also dropped us off, which was such a great help. The rooms are spacious, modern, and comfortable. He even let me use his electric motorbike to ride around the countryside. It was such a pleasant surprise and we had the best time we didn't even expect to have during a flight layover. I really recommend this place, much better experience than with some of the much more expensive international hotels near the airport.

I had such a wonderful time there! The hotel is perfectly located, offering excellent food in its restaurant and many great dining options nearby. What stood out the most was the staff — exceptionally kind and friendly, they really made me feel at home.

We were really impressed when we arrived — the hotel looked exactly like the photos, very pleasant and welcoming. The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and truly comfortable. Unfortunately, we didn’t end up staying because I hadn’t realized there was no restaurant or bar on-site, which was an important part of for us. We therefore decided to change hotels. However, the staff were very kind and helpful, and we were able to cancel without any issue. For travelers who don’t necessarily need extra services like a bar or restaurant, this hotel is a very good choice and definitely worth considering.

The property is around 1 km from Kuanzhai Ancient Street, 2.3 km from Wenshu Monastery and 3 km from Chengdu International Exhibition Centre. The hotel has family rooms. We loved the staff who were so kind and helpful. They allowed us to check in early when we arrived from the train and helped us to order a taxi 🚕 All the staff were helpful and polite including the cleaning team. Also, the facilities in the room are excellent. High quality presumably Chinese (‘Japanese-style’) toilets in rooms, seperate toilet and shower (such a sensible design!)
