Just a 15 minute ride from the Kunming airport and the hotel provides a nice new van for personal pick up and drop off. (By the way - you meet the hotel shuttle van 🚐 just 100 meters left of Arrivals Gate 1 as you walk out of the Kunming Airport). A great value and an extremely well appointed hotel room with very nice touches and great furnishings. Everything felt very new and clean and definitely one of the nicer 4 star hotels in the airport area. Good working AC and very helpful front desk staff - including Joyce who helped me with my WIFI. Breakfast is high quality but is mostly Chinese style (which I like) with Rice noodles 🍜 and a few hot Chinese dishes. Hotel 🏨 is in a little shopping area (with a bunch of other similar airport hotels) that have some tea shops and local restaurants. Great choice for a layover at the Kunming airport.

熹宿 Xisu Designer Garden Inn ligger i Lijiang, 17 minutters gang fra Nanmen Bridge, og har et fitnesscenter, en have og en terrasse samt gratis privat parkering. The location of the hotel is at the road side, easy taking didi to everywhere. You don't need to drag your suitcase walk on the uneven gravel road in the oldtown, but you need to walk to the old town for 10 minutes, it's ok for us who likes walking. All staff went out of way to assist, fruit, tea, tasty breakfast, excellent travel booking with super friendly English speaking Joye, sad to leave.

Tavern hostel is just amazing, from the owners to the food to the location . They speak a really good English and they give you all the informations you need! I booked with them the hike to Abuji Lake (was amazing ) and he booked for me the bus to Lijiang ! Loved the food there, I also tried a Korean dish and the best coffee I ever tried in China! So highly recommended!!!! Thank you guys !! I hope to see you again !

Just 10min drive from the airport, the hotel arranged a free shuttle bus service both for my arrival and departure (the driver is a gentleman who speaks English, very polite and helped also with my suitcase). Staff at the reception and concierge were professional and helpful. I tried the in-room dining and the food options were good and had an honest price. I just stayed one night because I was taking a connecting flight to the capital.

Moon and Chalice Boutique Hotel har en god beliggenhed i Wuhua District-distriktet i Kunming. It's a beautifully renovated, historic hotel right in the middle of old Kunming --- right where you want to be to explore the city. The rooms have been very nicely refurbished and the hotel staff were so kind with restaurant recommendations and other tips. For example, I loved the longan, date, and wolfberry tea that they prepare for guests in their rooms and so I asked where I could purchase it. Instead the manager even generously helped me to get the right ingredients to take home so I can make it myself!! Really above and beyond.
