We really enjoyed our stay at Palmeira Da Cruz. It's a small paradise at Cape Verde with all the luxuries you could want. Facilities are very beautiful, breakfast and dinner where delicious, and the hosts where so kind!!

Location is flawless - on a quiet street, but just off the main road. Aluguars stop virtually opposite the property and are very frequent, both going up the Paul Valley and along the coastal road. There is a little mini market just around the corner, open until 20:00. The owner is super - helpful and able to advise on all the best walks in the area. He suggested a much better walk than the one we initially wanted to do; he had maps and suggested places to eat. The room was very comfortable, clean, and the balcony was a nice bonus. The kitchen area is really nice, half al-fresco. All the staff were lovely and kind and very helpful. The internet works fine - there are 2 networks to choose from. I was also very grateful to have access to a guest fridge in the kitchen area. We regretted cancelling one of the 2 nights we'd initially wanted to stay and only staying 1. For bonus points, there is also a little 8-week-old puppy :)

It’s a hotel run by a mother and her son. Both of them are very welcoming and are willing to share information about the area and routes. The location is great, all the collectives stop nearby and easy to get there. Theres a variety of restaurants nearby. Great location to start trekkings. The facilities were really good, we got a room with a balcony with views to the mountains and sea. Comfortable beds.

Black Mamba er et 3-stjernet overnatningssted der ligger ved stranden i Paul. Her er et fælles opholdsområde, terrasse og restaurant. Her er en bar og massagebehandlinger. Wow. This place was amazing! Great views, great food, amazing staff. Liana is so helpful! One of the best places I've ever stayed!

Casa Nova ligger i Ribeira Grande og har bjergudsigt og gratis wi-fi. We were welcomed by a big smile from the host who showed us the whole apartment and the other facilities of the building (rooftop terrace, washing machine,..) The apartment was super clean and had everything you needed. There are 2 bedrooms, so we could choose to sleep with the ocean sound or the no-sound (Very quiet street). Central location on the island. I will recommend this place to my friends!

Exceptionally welcoming hosts. The room was very clean and had an amazing view. Breakfast and dinner were home cooked and provided a good choice and quality of food. The hotel is a short walk from the natural bathing pools and there is easy access to transport to other locations.
