Martha and her team are the best. Super helpful and accommodating. The location is really cool. I've been told it is really safe here. There is security everywhere in the area and buildings. Guayaquil is an amazing city and I have never felt unsafe, but do be more than respectful and be alert, like any big city. The city and its people will treat you exactly the same.

Very close to airport, main bus station, lavenderia and shopping malls by walking. Do not need to stay central hotels. With Uber , you can get anywhere for a few dollars. Kitchen facilities are enough. The apartment was very clean. Well decorated so you feel yourself at home. AC works perfectly. That's important because Guayaqil is very hot. The owner is very helpful. I strongly recommend this place in Guayaqil.
