Ms. Christine, the guest relations manager was amazing. She was nice and so respectful to my older parents and helped me deal with an issue with high priority. She made each guest feel special. I will continue to stay at this property because of her.

Omar was incredibly nice and attentive. He helped us cross the island to the city side to take some tours and then to be driven to the airport in the middle of the night/early in the morning. Breakfast was very good and the guest house is beautiful. The island is super calm and nice with a delicious restaurant that has a great view of the Nile. I would definitely recommend his place!!!

Offering garden views, Nuba Heart is an accommodation situated in Aswan, 24 km from Kitchener's Island and 25 km from Aswan High Dam. The property has mountain and river views, and is 7.6 km from Aga Khan Mausoleum. The guest house features family rooms. We stayed at Nuba Heart as a family with two children and had an amazing experience. The accommodation was spacious and quiet, with two large bedrooms. It's ideally located—just a short walk from the ferry (only 10 EGP per person), and close to the train station and the local bazaar. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth. A taxi was waiting for us at the airport, and Thameer organized all our tours and even our transfer to our next accommodation in Luxor, all at very good prices. He was always available and ready to help with anything we needed. We enjoyed delicious breakfast and lovely rooftop dinners with a great view. The Nubian village around the guesthouse is full of charm and becomes very lively at night. The locals are warm and welcoming, and the whole atmosphere made us feel right at home. Highly recommended, especially for families looking for an authentic experience and excellent hospitality. Our children loved it.

The apartment is composed of 1 bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, and 1 bathroom. A flat-screen TV is featured. The accommodation is non-smoking. The apartment was very confortable and wonderfully located. The host was helpful and very friendly. We did everything by foot, including going to the temples. You can use the free shuttle from the airport to the temples to go to the apartment, as it will stop on the way. Perfect!
