Vinna has an organic fruit and veg stall at front of property, and makes fabulous smoothies, and offers delicious home cooked Fijian dishes. Robert gave us a lifts around, and took us to the waterfalls (wonderful) and he offers boat trips too.

The hosts Luis and Sunshine and their extended family in the village are so warm and welcoming.

JayDees Home Retreats Homestay is gelegen in Naselesele en biedt gratis WiFi, gratis privéparkeren en uitzicht op de tuin. De mensen zijn zo aardig, die maken het geweldig. Ik heb gekookt met de eigenaresse, ze hebben je tips over dingen te doen in de omgeving en regelen vervoer voor je. Ze verzorgen een heerlijk ontbijt en tegen betaling ook lunch en diner. Echt een aanrader, het is heerlijk en er zijn geen restaurants in de buurt.

The family is so special, they dedicate their time to make your stay memorable. They organize tours for you for example snorkelling or horse riding, they help to rent a car. When i got burnt with the sun they cut for me fresh Aloe vera very late in the evening so I could sleep after soothing my sunburnt skin with Aloe. They cook for you very fresh food, nice tarrace to eat your meals there, good location and amazing atmosphere!!! <3 The family is saying that they are building a New guesthouse and will be ready soon. For now the bathroom is shared and very basic but it is temporary.

Our four night stay with Sam and Sarah was the major highlight of our visit to Fiji. They welcomed us into their family with real warmth and fed us extremely well both at breakfast and dinner in the evening. Sarah even insisted upon providing us with a packed lunch. They could not have been more helpful, even putting our clothes through their washing machine and hanging them up for us to dry. We and our fellow guests immediately felt completely at home. Sam is a retired schoolmaster and currently a taxi driver, while Sarah works at a local Resort. Sam was always cheerful and cracking jokes and, after taking us us to visit the highlight spots of Taveuni, would wait patiently to bring us back home again. He also met us off the ferry from Natuvu and took us to the small adjacent airport upon departure. One day their daughter had left her lunch box behind, so we had the pleasure of touring her school, a very happy place. We were very sad to leave and would love to return on a future occasion. We would thoroughly recommend AerowView Home Retreat to anyone who plans to visit Fiji.

Sam and Sarah were wonderful hosts! They made sure we were comfortable and helped ensure we would have a great experience. The breakfasts were very good and were very large portions as well. The location was very close to the airport and walking distance to the store and to the beach.

From the grounds, breakfast, the location on the NW coast of beautiful Taveuni, the lovely villa, gorgeous pool, comfy bed, full separate kitchen, app based TV, and most of all the views! There is a local scuba shop walking distance away (also kayaks and snorkel access), and the on-site managers Knox and Kelera were awesome. Would definitely come back!!

Coconut Grove Beachfront Resort biedt accommodatie aan het strand in Matei op het eiland Taveuni. Elk huisje heeft een eigen zonneterras en het resort biedt massages op een privéstrand. Breakfast was very good and we could choose from a list of food, from pancakes to eggs, including muesli and fruit.
