Located between Frejus and Saint Raphael, L’oasis is just a 5-minute walk from the beach and Port de Plaissance de Frejus. The hotel staff welcomed me warmly and I really liked their HOWTO paper with all the very handy instructions. The room was comfortable and quiet. The hotel has a cozy courtyard with tables. It is surrounded by trees and very quiet as there is no road nearby. 5 mins to the beach, 15 mins to the train station

The staff was exceptional, and we even met the owner which seems to be a rarity these days. Such a great surprise to meet him! He takes great pride in the hotel and it shows. They followed up with us before our arrival to ensure everything was in place that we requested. The front desk, Anaïs, is a pro. It's a breath of fresh air to be treated so personally and not just another "number!" Rooms are pleasant, comfortable, and have everything you need. It was our first time in Nice and the location was in proximity to a lot of cool restaurants and the beach. All in all a great value for the price, and we felt right at home. Hôtel Carlton is situated 300 metres from the Baie des Fourmis Beach in Beaulieu-sur-Mer, and 550 metres from the Beaulieu-sur-Mer Train Station and Bus Stops. Very helpful and kind staff. I liked our comfortable room and enjoyed the swimming pool. Location of the hotel is excellent. They also paid attention to my birthday and surprised me with a fruit plate.
