The general manager almost literally carried me to my room, checked in on me, then called an ambulance when I showed no sign of improvement. The staff in general, and he in particular, could not have been kinder or more human. And, it’s an excellent pub, restaurant and hotel!

Beautifully decorated with a comfortable bed and lovely White Company bedding. So many quality touches. An excellent breakfast with plenty of choice and cooked to order. Evelyn was a super host.

We had room 5 at the side of the pub in the more modern part. Think this was quieter than the front rooms (but village road is quiet at night.). All meals were excellent and staff very amenable to personal food choices. We ate in the pub in the evenings, plenty of choice, though menu didn’t vary while we were there. Dog friendly 👍. Staff were all great and willingly shared their local knowledge. Bus X3 has stops nearby for easy access to Canterbury and Faversham. We would happily stay there again.

Bright Suite ligger i Whitstable, 8,9 km fra University of Kent, 10 km fra Canterbury West Station og 11 km fra Canterbury East Station. This is a 10/10 - Comfortable, Clean and Quiet. Plus Michelle is incredibly helpful and quick in replies, which makes one feel very welcomed.
