Handcrafted Hospitality with world-class service at Lopota Lake Resort & Spa. The Resort is located in the heart of Kakheti region. Den meget smukke beliggenhed ved Lapota lake. Alt er holdt pænt og rent. Alle husene falder ind i naturen . Vi havde en lejlighed, som var stor og ren, med en dejlig altan. Sengen er enorm 🙂, god at sove i. Wifi fungerede upåklageligt. Der var et dejligt badeværelse, og et lille køleskab. P-plads uden for resort 👍 Morgenmaden er helt fantastisk. Masser af gode swimmingpools, vi så ikke den indendørs. Mange gode børneområder. Her kommer vi gerne igen.

The best thing about this property is the big common terrace where guests can enjoy their morning tea / coffee or evening drinks. This terrace overlooks vast grape fields. If the weather is good (not too sunny, not too windy, not too rainy), as we fortunately had, the terrace is absolutely enjoyable. 2. There is a large common kitchen where you can prepare your meals. 3. Marika is a wonderful incharge for this property. She took time to stay till our arrival and explained us the facilities in details.

We had the entire property to ourselves, making it feel like a private retreat, hosted by the warm and wonderful Natalie – an exceptional host who made our stay truly special. The cottage was beautifully designed – cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out. Waking up to the breathtaking view of the mountains and the stunning natural landscape was an experience we’ll never forget. It felt like stepping into a postcard. Dinner at Horizons was absolutely sumptuous, beautifully prepared, and bursting with local flavor. Breakfast was equally impressive, with a generous spread featuring delicious pancakes, shakshuka, and much more. It was a true feast, served with care and hospitality. The amenities added to the charm – a lovely pool and a relaxing sauna made our evenings perfect. We were also joined by two well-behaved, friendly dogs who quietly kept us company, adding to the homely and peaceful atmosphere without ever being intrusive. Horizons Bakurtsikhe is a hidden treasure that offers comfort, tranquility, and hospitality at its finest. Whether you're looking to unwind in nature or just enjoy warm Georgian hospitality in a scenic setting, this is a must-stay spot. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

This is a tidy, cozy and lovely place to stay! Our hosts are so hospitable and they made us feel like home. We also ordered dinner with them and they made Georgian grilled meat for us in their living room and the food was amazing! It's within walking distance to the old town and we love walking around to explore the area. The hosts also gave an awesome vineyard recommendation which we really enjoyed. We'd definitely come back again and taste the host's homemade wine!
