They offer you to transfer to the ferry port. I made complaint about breakfast lack of cheese. The second morning they served us a cheese plate with olives which turks used to. The hosts met us at the port and took us and our bags to the room, which is a 10-minute walk from the port. The hosts were wonderful people, very helpful and positive. They gave us tips on the island; how to go around, beaches, restaurants, etc. The house had everything we needed and more, including treats of local delicacies that the hosts had left. The place is brand new and well taken care of with nice design and comfortable furniture. One of the largest festivals of the summer was taking place very close to the house, but the doors and windows were soundproof that we were able to sleep very well. Even though the room is at ground level it lends to one of the best sunsets on the island with beautiful colors and a great view of the port/marina. We loved our time at Thalassea and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Lipsi.
