Very friendly staff, the hostess speaks fluent English, it’s a great relief if you are not too fluent speaking Spanish. The instructions on how to get to the hotel are thorough, just take a time to read the guidelines. Restaurant serves all meals from breakfast to dinner, all was delicious what we had. Place is quiet and excellent if you’re looking for a relaxing stay.

The staff service is amazing—very kind, very honest, and they do everything they can to accommodate your needs. They strive to do their best for the guests. From the kitchen staff to the waiters, bartenders, and boat captains, the service is excellent. I give it a 100 rating, and very, recommend it to anyone in the world who wants to escape their daily routine and feel like royalty. Go to CASA CARIBE HOTEL. We are thinking about returning. It is noisy die to the road but if you live in the city it is the same amount of noise. We were so tired from our trip from Mexico city and went straight to Rio dulce it was easy for us to fall a sleep Also pick up (collectivo/public boat) from the hotel to Livingstone and other river lodges

Personalet på hotellet var virkelig hjælpsomme, men snakkede meget lidt engelsk, hvilket afspejlede sig i informationsniveauet. Men da vi havde brug for hjælp med transport, var de rigtig søde og hjalp os begge gange.

It’s in really good location. Very close to Castillo San Felipe and on the edge of Rio Dulce. It has complimentary kayaking and you can swim if you want to. It has two big pools, one for kids and the other for adults. The restaurant has a nice view of the lake and it has great food and a variety of options for everyone. The room is clean and comfortable with air conditioning.
