The staff are extremly helpful. They gave us local recommendations. It was like having a local guide at your hotel. Stand outs were Salauddin who was just a call away to help with everything and Salini. She was very helpful and was almost out local guide. Thanks for the hospitality.

Overall, the superb value for money and exceptional service stood out the most.

I was in Kolkata for Durga Puja and the location was reasonably good for getting around on foot - important due to the traffic. The food was excellent, which was great since there aren’t many options nearby. They allowed me to order a half thali, which was still a huge amount of food and delicious.
