The hotel was very nice, we were surprised by the absolute cleanliness, which meets European standards. The hotel manager was very helpful, he was able to advise interesting sites in and around the city, arrange transport, etc. We were very surprised by Srinagar, it is an exciting and quiet city. We met a few tourists from the West there as it has a reputation of being a risky place, which is not true at all. Nowhere have we found such friendly people. The city is much cleaner than other Indian cities, we felt completely safe and the old city's architecture is amazing. Recommend visiting, both the city and this hotel!

They helped me with all the questions i Had and Made me feel at Home :) Dorms are well euipped with lockers, plugs. Great bathrooms. Make Sure you eat there, food IS Amazing!

Room is nice and big, quite like a home. The hosts were living in the same property, and was wonderful with enough engagement, and gave some history of the place what is around to visit, etc and exactly what a homestay should be about. The location is also quite nice, with everything one needs around. I would highly recommend, but pls note it’s not a 5star hotel, so don’t expect grand reception and valet parking.

We booked the White House house boat for one night, but we extended our stay for two more nights. The location is awesome, it gives a beautiful view of dal lake from the room itself. Owner Ibrahim is very cooperative. Shikara is available even late at night. The most important thing is, hot water is available 24 hrs. The room has an air conditioner which keeps us warm at an even 1 degree temperature. The home made food they provide is also awesome.

Sitting 1730 metres above sea level, the luxurious Taj Dal View enjoys majestic views of the mountains and Dal Lake. The staff was very courteous and caring. Made our trip very special. The food was very delicious and the property was beautiful!

I have stayed 3 times in the same hotel just because of the safety, cleanliness and budget friendly ♥️
