Everything about this property is about attention to detail. From enjoying a simple yet perfect sandwich by the pool, to beautifully crafted cocktails at the Indian restaurant, every experience was thoughtful and refined. Breakfast was a joy each morning with live music creating a calm, elegant atmosphere, complemented by stunning floral displays throughout the hotel. The staff are without question the greatest asset of this property. Warm, genuine, professional, and always attentive, they made me feel truly cared for. There was not a single moment during my stay where I felt disappointed or let down. The highlight was, of course, the effort the team made on the evening of my birthday. The gesture was incredibly touching and something I will remember for a very long time. It showed heart, kindness, and a true understanding of hospitality. And the location… oh my God — simply perfect. If you are looking for an experience rather than just a stay, this is the place. The Taj doesn’t just host you — it creates memories. Highly recommended, and I will most certainly return.

Rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. The breakfast at the hotel offered an incredible array of choices from both Asia and Europe. We also enjoyed a visit to the cocktail bar on a very rainy evening. Perfectly located for the main sights of Mumbai and surrounded by lots of great options for shopping and dining

They had great packages to visit the Ajanta and Ellora Caves at a reasonable price.

The lounge and the restaurant where they serve breakfast and dinner are wonderful, and the food is truly exceptional. The services are the best I have ever experienced, and the staff is simply outstanding. I had a small issue during my stay, and everyone was incredibly helpful and made sure everything was resolved quickly. They truly turned my stay into a fantastic experience. I’m already looking forward to coming back.
