The customer service was flawless, with staff who were not only professional but genuinely warm and attentive. Everything—from the check-in process to the smallest personal touches—was handled with care and grace. The location is unbeatable, with views of the Gateway of India and the Arabian Sea just steps away. My mornings began with an incredible breakfast spread offering a vast array of delicious options from across India and beyond. The culinary excellence was matched only by the service and presentation. What truly set this experience apart was the sense of history that envelops the hotel. A special thank you to Mr. Newton, the in-house historian, who spent two hours personally walking me through the rich legacy of the palace. Having worked there for over 44 years, his stories, insights, and passion brought the walls of the hotel to life. It was like walking through time, guided by someone who had lived it. I only stayed four days, and it wasn’t nearly enough. I didn’t want to leave. Next time, I’ll be staying longer—because the Taj isn’t just a place to sleep; it’s a destination in itself. Thank you to everyone at the Taj Mahal Palace for creating memories I will cherish forever. I can’t wait to return.

With so many options and excellent service, I look forward to breakfast at the Trident Hotel every morning. I had a complimentary transfer to the airport without requesting it. They really look after you so well

The Leela Mumbai ligger blot 5 minutters kørsel fra Chhatrapati Shivaji Internationale Lufthavn og tilbyder luksuriøs indkvartering med 6 spisemuligheder. Servicen var bare fantastisk og atmosfæren var luksuriøs. Haven og swimmingpoolen var bare dejlig at være i og morgenmadsbuffeten var rigtig god. Alle 3 restauranter var af høj klasse og jeg vil varmt anbefale stedet. Jeg har heller ikke sovet så godt i lang lang tid. Sengen var bare fantastisk.

Amazing brand new structure with a lovely and dedicated staff. The room was just amazingly furnished with lots of small things that just improve your staying, the restaurant is quite diverse with lots of option either for the buffet or the à la carte menu and the food is just delicious. The staff is very dedicated and attentive towards the client, overall I have to say that it has been hands down my best staying in Mumbai so far, and I'm there at least twice a year so I've seen all sorts of things; but I'm pretty sure I found my place.

The hotel is absolutely fantastic — beautifully designed, both aesthetically and functionally. The lounge and the restaurant where they serve breakfast and dinner are wonderful, and the food is truly exceptional. The services are the best I have ever experienced, and the staff is simply outstanding. I had a small issue during my stay, and everyone was incredibly helpful and made sure everything was resolved quickly. They truly turned my stay into a fantastic experience. I’m already looking forward to coming back.
