Its the place what we were looking for ,far from the noisy environment of Darjeeling . I visited Darjeeling before and stayed in a hotel in the center experienced badly that time. Bloomfield is a place almost in the nature. We were really lost with the fantastic atmosphere . Its not a 5 star or a 4 star hotel in the city with high class bedroom but it's a romantic place. The staffs are very cordial . In the evening bonfire used to lit everyday where clients can enjoy the fire and their glasses. Mr.Arun ,the manager was always very careful ,he used to bring tea early in the morning to the room. Driver Chetan is an excellent chap, cracking cheeky jokes always when we used to go out with . He is also a good guide. I really miss this fantastic place. Surely I go back.

The Zafran restaurant is awesome and two items out of the three items that we'd had, Chicken Patiala and the Blueberry Cheesecake were perhaps the best two items that I'd had in a long, long time.

We have been always treated as the most desired guests. Location is great, close to everything. They have all this tiny things available in the room, from slippers to shaving kit. Breakfast is great with Indian and European options. They also helped us to book our ride to the mountains. We definitely visit this hotel again, the service is exceptional.
