The room and bathroom were great. I slept like an angel after cycling. The b&b is being renovated/enlarged, but the construction work did not in any way interfere with our stay. There was no noise. The breakfast was good, even including cheese and prosciutto toast. The owner was very nice.

They built this place with their own hands, and every room is thoughtfully designed with furniture, dolls, and textiles they created themselves. And just wait until you see the garden — it’s absolutely magical. Their care and attentiveness are endless: they personally tailored breakfast to each guest’s preferences, made dinner reservations for us, offered us equipment for snow hiking, and even surprised us with an engagement gift. Every detail felt personal and heartfelt. The place is spotless and perfectly maintained — towels were changed during our stay, the room was cozy and warm, and the view was simply stunning. In short, this stay exceeded every expectation. Amazing people, an extraordinary place, and a truly unforgettable experience. Thank you for everything — we will absolutely come back.

It is in the stunning village of Fornelli and a great location for exploring Molise. I spent days researching accommodation options and this exceeded all our expectations. I wished we had also booked our other 2 nights here. the accommodation is in a beautifully restored coach house. there is an excellent restaurant (moustache) under the accommodation and breakfast is at the local bar. I can't wait to return
