Reception staff was fantastic and very accommodating- assisted us with baby change and nursing facilities even though the hotel was closed for maintenance.

The ryokan is near a lot of onsens that close late. Boots and umbrellas are provided to help you navigate the small town. The rooms had adequate heating and was very comfortable. Highly recommend this ryokan!
